Smith Foundation Independent Community Pharmacists Annual Scholarship

The Smith Foundation Independent Community Pharmacists Annual Scholarship was established in September 2015 by the J M Smith Foundation of Spartanburg, SC. The donor’s intention in making this gift was to provide annual scholarship assistance for High Point University School of Pharmacy students who have an interest in pursuing careers in community independent pharmacy until the J M Smith Foundation Independent Community Pharmacists Endowed Scholarship has reached its minimum funding level of $75,000 in September 30, 2019. The first annual scholarship will be awarded in September 2016. Recipient selection will be made by the Dean of the School of Pharmacy with the Office of Financial Planning. Student recipients in good standing at the University shall be eligible to retain the scholarship from year to year
