Alexander Robert Strand Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Alexander Robert Strand Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by Drs. Mitchel B. and Regina A. Strand, loving parents of Alexander Robert Strand, in March 2015. Alex, a member of the High Point University Class of 2013, received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics and Entrepreneurship. An aspiring musician, Alex played the drums and loved music, as well as water polo, swimming and volleyball. He was loved by his many family members and friends, and his brothers Matthew and Thomas. Alex will be remembered for his passion for life and countless friends. The donors wish to assist a student(s) majoring in Business or Music. The recipient(s) should demonstrate financial need, which will be determined by the Office of Financial Planning.
