Bobbi Martin Scholarship

The Bobbi Martin Scholarship was established in 1994 by friends in her memory and to perpetuate her ideas through an annually awarded scholarship. The University shall select two to five candidates per year and present them to the Bobbi Martin Scholarship Committee. The committee shall recommend which of the students shall receive the awards. Students must demonstrate a need for financial assistance and have demonstrated concern for others, community involvement and a desire for self-improvement. Each candidate must live within the greater High Point area or have some other demonstrable connection to the High Point region other than student status at HPU. There will be no restrictions based upon race, gender, religion or national origin. Scholarships may be renewable after successful completion of the previous year’s work.
