Carson C. Stout Scholarship
The Carson C. Stout Scholarship was established in 1982 by the Board of Directors of Carsons of High Point in memory of the late Carson C. Stout, founder of Carson Companies. It is the desire of the board that the income from this fund be used to assist at least two deserving persons each year entering the home furnishings marketing program, Interior Design, or Visual Merchandising program, at High Point University. Criteria is also based on need.
