Ella Rosa Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Ella Rosa Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in August 2014 by Larikus D. Scott, Jobe Beckhom, and Track and Field Alumni to aid in the recruitment and retention of minority or diverse track and field athletes. Scholarships will be awarded to a member of High Point University’s Track and Field varsity team with preference given to a female and/or minority student. Recipients will be selected by the High Point University Department of Athletics based on recommendations from the Track and Field coaching staff. The scholarship may be renewable based upon successful completion of the previous year’s academic work and given that the student-athlete meets all academic and behavioral requirements set forth by the Department of Athletics.
