Faulkenberry Summers Endowed Scholarship

The Faulkenberry Summers Endowed Scholarship was established in May 2014 from the estate of . David and Myra Faulkenberry Summers. Mrs. Summers was a member of the High Point College Class of 1978 and was the founder and President of Focus Forward Market Research. Mr. Summers was in the broadcasting industry and helped manage Focus Forward after his retirement. The Summers’ hoped that the Faulkenberry Summers Endowed Scholarship would assist tenacious students achieve their dreams of obtaining a college education. Recipients of the Faulkenberry Summers Scholarship will be selected by the Office of Financial Planning. The scholarship may be renewable based upon the satisfactory completion of the previous year’s academic work.
