Gail Ridge Brower Endowed Scholarship

The Gail Ridge Brower Scholarship was established by Mrs. Brower’s estate in 2007. Mrs. Brower was a resident of Asheboro, North Carolina. She was an ardent believer in higher education and had a particular interest in helping students whose families faced financial challenges. Mrs. Brower had no direct ties to the University except through mutual friends who were involved in University programs. Recipients of the Brower Scholarship will be selected by the Office of Financial Planning based totally upon financial need. Scholarships may be renewable based upon successful completion of the previous year’s work.
