H. Frank and H. Frank III Hunsucker Scholarship

The Henry Frank Hunsucker Scholarship was established in 1961 by Mrs. J. H. Adams, Mrs. Nell Adams Ayers, and Mrs. Elizabeth Adams Watkins in memory of H. Frank Hunsucker. Later, in 1987, it was expanded by Mrs. Sarah Coe Marshall in memory of H. Frank Hunsucker III. Mr. Hunsucker and his grandson, H. Frank III, were residents of High Point. Recipients will be selected by the Office of Financial Planning. Preference will be given to qualified students majoring in the field of religion or Christian education and having a demonstrated financial need for assistance. Recipient will maintain an academic average of “B” or better. Grants may be automatically renewable upon successful completion of the previous year’s work.
