James H. & Jesse E. Millis Endowed Scholarship

The James H. and Jesse E. Millis Scholarship was established in 1984 . Applicants will be evaluated based on financial need and on an earnest desire to attend college. Freshmen shall be eligible to receive grants and the same individual may receive a grant in successive years provided that individual reapplies each year. There are no academic or geographic restrictions associated with the James H. and Jessie E. Millis Scholarship
