Nido Qubein Associates Scholarship Fund

The Nido Qubein Associates Scholarship Fund was established in 1987 to assist High Point area students attending High Point University. The trust providing the scholarships has been funded by a donation from the Nido Qubein family from the sale of books and cassettes authored by Dr. Qubein and by contributions from area businesses and professional leaders. As alumni of High Point University, Nido, Class of 1970, and his wife Mariana, Class of 1977, have demonstrated a strong interest in their alma mater throughout the years. Dr. Qubein currently serves as President of High Point University. To be eligible for consideration of the Nido Qubein Associates Scholarship, applicants and their families must live in the greater High Point area, must have reasonably good grades, must have a demonstrated need, and must be enrolled in or is planning to attend High Point University during the next academic year. Recipients of the scholarship may re-apply for renewal for the following year. Applications must be submitted by March 1.
