Shelley Foundation Family Endowed Scholarship

The Shelley Foundation/Family Endowed Scholarship was established in November 2016 by Stephen E. and Nanette A. Shelley of Denver, Colorado. Recipients of the Shelley Foundation/Family Endowed Scholarship will be selected by the Office of Financial Planning on the basis of demonstrated financial need from students enrolled from out of the state of North Carolina. Awards from this scholarship may be made in $1,000 increments to one or more recipients each year based on above criteria. The scholarship may be renewed based upon the successful completion of the previous year’s study with a 3.0 GPA or greater.
