Virginia C. McLeod Endowed Scholarship

The Virginia Cozart McLeod Endowed Scholarship was established in 2004 through a $100,000 gift from Mr. and Mrs. Bernard F. McLeod, Jr., of Fuquay Varina, NC. The scholarship is named for Mrs. McLeod who graduated from High Point University and was a member of the Class of 1948. The scholarship will be awarded to students with a demonstrated financial need and who maintain a 3.0 GPA. Priority will be given to students who have demonstrated an active campus life both at the high school level and college level. Preference will be given to students residing in the Central Piedmont region of North Carolina and priority will be give to students who are residents of North Carolina.
